Visit to the Medieval Village and
Wine and Local Flavors Tasting

Experience history and authentic flavors in the medieval village of Castello di Serravalle adjacent to the vineyard. Once a defense of the Exarchate of Ravenna, it retains its charm intact among charming narrow streets and Roman traces. After the walk, enjoy a tasting of three glasses of wine with sliced meats, cheeses and typical tigelle. A fourth glass will be offered by us. A journey through traditions, battles and taste awaits you in this corner of history.

By Car:

From Bologna (about 30-35 minutes):

Take the A1/E35 highway in the direction of Florence. Exit at the Valsamoggia exit. Follow the signs for Castello di Serravalle. Follow signs to Castello di Serravalle, continue 100 meters once you get below the castle, the winery is on the right.

From Modena (about 40-45 minutes):

Take the SS9 in the direction of Bologna.Continue on SP569 in the direction of Valsamoggia/Castello di Serravalle. Follow the signs to Castello di Serravalle, continue 100 m once you get below the castle, the winery is on the right.

From Florence (about 1 hour and 30 minutes):

Drive along the A1 highway in the direction of Bologna. Exit at the Valsamoggia toll booth. Follow the signs to Castello di Serravalle, continue 100 mt once you get below the castle, the winery is on the right.

Our outdoor spaces are pet-friendly! Four-legged friends are welcome during the walk and can stay with you in the outdoor spaces during the tasting. We only ask that you keep them on a leash to ensure the serenity of all guests.
