Torre Ca’ Bianca was born from the union of two complementary worlds: the experience between the rows of vines and the experience gained in the kitchens and rooms. Two visions that share the same philosophy – respect for the raw material, attention to detail, pursuit of balance – and that today find space in an agricultural project that looks at the territory with a contemporary gaze.

In the vineyard we bring the attention that in the kitchen is given to the best ingredients: sustainable management, continuous observation and practices that enhance nature and biodiversity. From the restaurant industry, on the other hand, we inherit the sensitivity for welcoming and sharing, because a wine is not only technique, but also culture and experience around the table.
