This pure Barbera, vinified and aged exclusively in steel, represents one of the territory’s most sincere expressions. Harvesting in the second half of September allows the ideal balance of ripeness and freshness to be captured, characteristics that emerge clearly in the glass.
The color is bright, vibrant red, a sign of straightforward, respectful winemaking. Immediate and crisp red fruit notes dominate the nose, while the palate welcomes with a soft and round texture, supported by a freshness that defines its character and prolongs its pleasantness.
It is a versatile red, capable of adapting to daily rhythms and different moments of the table. It can also be enjoyed slightly chilled, especially in summer, when its natural acidity gives a dynamic, flowing sip. Ideal with white meats, mushrooms and local cured meats, it fits perfectly into Emilian cuisine of authentic flavors and conviviality.
